I believe it refers to the Putin nodding head he won in a little know kielbasa eating contest.
Along with winning the Putin nodding head he also won the possibility for the U.S. to build a missle defense system in Poland.
Considering comments by the Republican’s running for President it will be suprising if they will support the Defense system because they do not want to play defense, that is a Democratc thing, Republicans want to stay on offense. Then again, I could be all wrong. The headline could mean we got the nod to polish the missle heads?
