Barbara and I stopped for an after dinner drink at the Four Seasons at 1 Logan Square on the Parkway. Could this be better than the Ritz?
Warm colors of Browns and Greens. Sound of a muted and soft water fountain. Late on a Sunday evening but happy to see us and accommodating. Sherwin, the pleasant and efficient bartender shares a bit of his story….from Guyana….he did not drink the Kool-Aid… a resident of Brooklyn and then back to Guyana….and back again to Erie, PA. for college. A well traveled man. A man easy to talk with, which tells me he is comfortable in his own skin.
Relaxed seating in the Four Seasons as we sip our after dinner libations. A few more times versus the Ritz will tell the story.
