Celebrating the Chinese Dragon Boat festival, which takes place each year on the beautiful Schuykill River, Chef Joseph Poon has prepared a seafood banquet. This year the race will take place on June 8th so you might even have time to sign up and particpate! Or sit on the grassy banks of the Schuykill and then go over to Chef Joseph Poon and continue the celebration.
Chef Joseph Poon is hosting 10 course seafood banquets to mark the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. He is offering the banquet from April 1 to June 30.
A master of Asian fusion Chef Poon will serve you such delicacies as Asian/Italian cioppino on lemongrass. Or how about Pinot Grigio black bean roasted garlic essence with fresh whole lobster, jumbo shrimp, New Zealand green mussels, Canadian little neck clams, calamari, crawfish. Well, you get the idea. If you are a seafood lover this is not to be missed.
